Welcome to Scent Of Coffee Flower, a hidden gem nestled in the lush surroundings of Chiang Mai, Thailand. Located at 168/1 หมท 12 Ratchapruek Rd, Nong Kwai, Hang Dong District, this café promises an inviting space where culinary delights meet the rich aroma of freshly brewed coffee. Upon stepping inside, guests are greeted by a charming wooden house designed in the traditional Lanna style. The café seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor seating, allowing you to enjoy your meal beneath leafy trees or in the comfort of a beautifully appointed air-conditioned space. As for the food, the menu offers a delightful array of dishes that celebrate local flavors. Fiona Kronert praises the shrimp cakes and green curry with roti, while Karma Travels enjoyed the spicy lab moo and khao soi, both bursting with authentic Northern Thai flavors. My personal recommendation is the spaghetti with dried chili and sausage, a dish that balances zest and comfort beautifully. Pair any meal with their expertly brewed coffee, made from high-quality local beans that coffee enthusiasts rave about.
The atmosphere at Scent Of Coffee Flower is further enhanced by its attentive staff and cozy interior, which features solid wood furnishings that provide both comfort and style. “ A nice, shady cafe offering both food and desserts. Service is good and the prices are fair. We enjoyed tiramisu, and a soft baked chocolate chip cookie- à la mode. Makes for a nice stop when visiting the Temple or Royal Project Farm nearby. ”
“ We walked here for lunch recently and it was great time and the food was delicious. We didn't have to wait, which was nice, and they took our orders promptly. They have indoor and outdoor seating available but we chose to sit indoors in the A/C. I ordered the Spaghetti dried chili and sausage and it was really good. I also ordered the traditional Thai lemon tea. We also tried the shrimp dumplings which were also very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This is a great place to come for working remotely or to meet friends & business associates. They have free Wi-Fi and lots of hookups for your devices to stay powered. A nice quiet atmosphere and inside the furniture is very nice. Heavy solid wood. We enjoy stopping by here. I highly recommend it if you are in the area. ”
“ Very charming place with excellent service. The place is well maintained. Dining area smells good! The toilet is also very clean. The food was okay, just a little oily but nothing to worry about. The coffee and juices are amazing! The best part is that it’s reasonably priced. I thought it would be expensive but it wasn’t. A must-try! ”

Try their drip coffee or latte for a smooth, rich flavor. I am highly recommended! . Service The service is fast, even when the café gets busy. . Best time to visit: early morning or late afternoon for the most relaxing experience! . Rating: (4.5/5) ”
“ I went grocery shopping at the Royal Project and visited a nearby cafe. It's a cafe where meals and coffee are available, and there are a variety of menus. I visited after 11 a.m. on weekdays and I was able to eat leisurely. The food tasted normal, but the coffee was delicious. The staff was kind and the atmosphere of the cafe was good. Most of the chairs are made of wood, so the seats are a little uncomfortable. Credit card is not available, only scanning and cash are available. ”
“ What a wonderful restaurant. Shrimp cakes, green curry with roti, khow Soy. Everything was delicious, and our old lady Missy was welcome too. Highly recommend ”
“ Nicely designed structurally, making it a relaxed atmosphere...near Rajapruek Royal park in Chiangmai ...it has a great cross section of customers enjoying their specialty coffees and teas..great food and a couple teaching/learning the Thai language ...great!! ...we had the Northern style Lab Moo or spicy pork and khao soi ....both delicious ...finished it off with a chocolate sundae and a Flower coffee latte...the staff are kind, professional and very attentive ...we will be coming back often... ”
“ I have eaten here a couple of times now and both times the food was really nice and I will probably come back here again due to the nice menu and delicious cakes. And yes try the cakes here as they are very nice. Only thing on last visit I had an ice late which was pretty weak in strength and generally I like a nice strong coffee. But it won’t stop me coming back as I love the food here and will be back again. The car park is small though so it is not always easy to find off street parking. Though you can park on the street. Has both air conditioned areas and areas open to the air undercover for seating options and the customer service is good here. ”
